A graduate of the Vancouver Island University Hairdressing Program (2014) and ITA Certified in Cosmetology (2014), Autumn has spent over a decade behind the chair refining her craft. She worked at Head Case Hair Studio in Victoria, BC before bringing her expertise to LIFE&COLOUR. Her specialties include special occasion styling, dimensional blonding, creative colour applications, layered haircuts, and bouncy, camera-ready blowouts.

In describing her style, “my style is modern, versatile, and deeply client-focused. I love creating looks that bring out my clients’ natural features and reflect their unique personality.” Whether it’s a soft, sunlit blonde, a bold fashion-forward shade, or layers that move like magic, her approach is always thoughtful, playful, and polished.

Creativity runs far beyond the salon for Autumn. She studied Introduction to Painting at Vancouver Island School of Art, and her love of fine art and fashion heavily influences her work. She’s endlessly inspired by the visionary styling of Steph Bong on Euphoria—who doesn’t love hair that makes a statement? Colour theory, texture, and artistic expression are woven into everything she creates.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find her painting, sewing, taking in live music (metal, if you can believe it), or planning her next European adventure. Greece holds a special place in her heart for its culture, cuisine, beaches, and art. If she could have lunch with anyone, it would be Caravaggio—partly for the Italian food, but mostly to talk about how he mastered light.

Her personal style? Adventurous, dynamic, and playfully vintage-inspired—think unique second-hand finds mixed into expressive, one-of-a-kind looks. At home, she’s kept company by her big, fluffy cat, The Great Gatsby, and supported by a strong circle of family and friends.
