Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, processing times may be longer during holidays, weekends, product launches, or promotions.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Orders may occasionally ship in separate packages depending on item availability and warehouse location.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship Canada-wide.

Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more (before tax).

Orders under $150 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
We ship using a variety of carriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier is automatically selected based on your location and order size.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions are beyond our control.
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Packages do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Authority to Leave
Please provide a delivery address where someone is available during business hours (such as a home or workplace). If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left in a secure location at the carrier’s discretion.
Life & Colour Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

All other items may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy if unused and in original packaging.
